The weather prediction keeps shifting, so the final decision on whether to be in or out will not be made until 8:00 in the morning. (As cold as it is going to be, I am hoping for inside.) We learned this afternoon that the elevator will not be working, and

 carrying all the tables and other materials up the Armory steps is rather a daunting prospect. So we may in fact need the popups. I cannot send email from my phone but will call or text those of you in my phone contact list once I know—will be heading to the

 Armory around 8:00 to help as needed.</div>
