When I asked him about areas, his answer was basically "what do you want to do and what area do you want?" We have his approval for planting a roughly 250x35-foot swath of city-owned riverbank along the 500 block of Fort Street. He suggests the riverbank across from Gilman United Methodist as a good site for a charging station and has offered the city light post if we want to elevate the solar panels for security reasons. There is a staircase leading down from Fort Street, and he has said that the city should be able to put in a handrail.
