The first one, Sun Charge Systems, does not have a table and larger station. Their Charging Pole costs $2,700 (with shipping).
The U of Texas-Austin approach is the size I would envision, but I had in mind something made of treated wood--at least the table --with a canopy made of plastic or metal. This model was customized for the UT-Austin campus so I don't know what it cost--probably pretty expensive.

Cindy Taylor found these sources. I checked with Sun Charging by phone to get the price estimate on the charging pole. I was told that they will have something like a table next year with canopy and solar panels next year..
