Where it would go from there I do not know--that is not something that the USACE has any jurisdiction over since it is beyond the waters of the Ohio River.<br></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr"> The USACE has "pre-decisional information," about this project which is not available to the public. <br></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr"> I'll be doing three things regarding this issue:<br></div><div dir="ltr"> 1. A <br></div><div dir="ltr">decision has not been made on whether or not to hold a public hearing or public <br></div><div dir="ltr">meeting.
