I don’t have a room reserved, so we might just have to occupy a corner of the social hall, or maybe we can move to the RE building if the parlor is available. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Here is what we need to discuss:</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Chair arrangement on the stage</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Order of presentation among candidates</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Order of presentation of opening statements, questions, closing statements</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>How much time for each component?</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Plus the open chair situation: Do we permit Johson’s aide to stand in for him —if we have given him the questions in advance of the event?</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Do appoint someone to read Sherrod Brown’s statement? They were invited simultaneously with identical invitations. They all had the opportunity to participate, or if they couldn’t, to send a stand-in, or even a statement. They all had the same opportunity. If they chose not to participate at all, why should their opponent be silenced?
