Again, please reply-all for anyone you know is planning to come.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br><b><i><u>So can we adjust as needed, please, tell us what you plan to bring, and how many people it will serve. <br></u></i></b><br>Here's what I plan to prepare:</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">2 vegetarian lasagnas, totaling about 35 servings (local pasta)</div><div id="AppleMailSignature">A vat of pasta with pesto and shrimp, probably serving 20-ish (local pasta and home-grown basil)</div><div id="AppleMailSignature">A vegetarian stir fry/sauté with local vegetables, probably serving 20-ish</div><div id="AppleMailSignature">A huge pan of brown rice and/or quinoa for under the veggies</div><div id="AppleMailSignature">A chicken dish, maybe divan, with two local chickens, serving about 20-ish</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">And when I say "serving," I mean a non-buffet serving size. Presumably people will take smaller portions of more dishes. </div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">I will also bring all my cloth napkins, which is about 30.
