Thinking about this, I come up with one Question-
if someone wants to purchase tickets for our solar fundraising just dinner... and pay by check- do they make payment to "Green Sanctuary" or to FUUSM and put solar match in note line... like they're instructed in the brochure? or put "green sanctuary" in the line??? Just let us know how the is being handled if we sell tickets for our fund-raising dinner.

Thanks, cindy

On Mon, Aug 7, 2017 at 10:37 PM, Dawn Hewitt via Green <green@fuusm.org> wrote:

Friends,
How’s this to include with the Solar Match Fund brochure mailing? Input requested.

Page 1 is the invitation, and page 2 are tickets. I’ve never made tickets before. This design will allow easy cutting. But really, do we need tickets? I think that as people pay in advance, we should just take down names and amount paid. All we’re really after is a head count to try to guess the amount of food we should prepare. If anything, these “tickets” will serve as a reminder to those who sign up, but I don’t think we should use them for accounting or head counting.
Again, input requested.
