I was there in between an ILR class and leading a ghost tour and so was in head-to-toe black. The sign I did not think of until it was too late to make it was "Goth Grandma Against Blood-Sucking Vampires." Had Climate Voter and Tim Ryan signs—which Bill Johnson
had to walk right past—instead.</div>

Tomorrow (Friday) at 5 p.m., many of us will gather on Putnam Street across from the the Admissions entrance to Marietta College to welcome J.D. Vance and Ted Cruz to Marietta. We’re hoping to “wrap the block” so that whatever route they take to get to the
to Dyson-Baudo (or whatever it’s called) center will be lined with sign-wielding greeters. I plan to carry my “Vote for the Climate” sign, or maybe my Tim Ryan sign, but you can carry any sign you want.
