<DIV>Greetings friends!</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>George and I wish to thank you for the great and comforting cards and
good wishes to everyone who have kept us in their thoughts as we continue on the
journey to wellness.</DIV>
<DIV>We are so grateful to have such a supportive and loving community of
friends! We certainly miss everyone.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>George has one more super dose of chemo on the 28th, at which time he feels
rotten for about 7-10 days before he springs back into action. He rests a lot
during this first period, and eats a little less (more like a normal person)
LOL. There will be a follow up PET scan on the 4th of Nov. to let us know if the
cancer is knocked out (dormant) from this poison. We are cautiously optimistic
this will have done the job, and we are making the most of the times when he
feels pretty well. It is usually about two weeks of feeling weak, but more like
normal between those doses. There will be several follow up appointments with
the radiation oncologist and the chemo oncologist to let us know what, if
anything, is next. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>He has done some things he enjoys here in the garage at home to motorcycles
of friends and modified his own (again). We have been out riding our Motorcycles
a few times when it is not hot and muggy or raining or chilly. We have
been observing all of the COVID recommendations when we leave the house, which
is not very often for him. As a result, we have been doing some inside changes.
Like painting a bedroom and moving from one bedroom into another & turning
the second guest room into an indoor arboretum so I could salvage flowers from
outdoors after potting them. I call this all anti COVID boredom activities.
</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Like all of you, I expect, we will be so happy when this election is over.
We just hope it is actually over as it should be, and in the time it should be,
so we can get on with the business of trying to put things in order to eradicate
this global monster disease.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Thanks again, love, peace, & wellness to all.</DIV>
