<p><font size="4"><span style="font-family:arial narrow,sans-serif"><b>Help Needed Sweeping River Trail</b> (just a short section, just four times a year)</span></font></p><p><font size="4"><span style="font-family:arial narrow,sans-serif">Under the capable coordination of Darryl Ting, the Green Sanctuary Committee is committed to our "adoption" of Marietta's River Trail </span></font>
<font size="4"><span style="font-family:arial narrow,sans-serif">through East Muskingum Park</span></font><font size="4"><span style="font-family:arial narrow,sans-serif">, from the Putnam Street tunnel  to where the trail hits the Front Street sidewalk. Six teams of two people sweep the trail twice in two months. We lost three participants recently, so we are in need of two people who will commit to sweeping the trail twice every March, and twice every September, as well as someone to take one of Darry's double-duty shifts, either with Mike Lang in April and October, or with George Banziger in June and December. Each sweep normally takes only about 30 minutes, and pedestrians and cyclists who pass by are so very grateful. (So, we're asking for a volunteer commitment of roughly 2 hours <u>per year!</u>!) Or, maybe you'd be willing to be a sub...?<br></span></font></p><p>
