<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The First Dialogue Session on the minister’s performance, on
July 26, went very well.  Attendance was
good (49 people), and 19 people shared prepared statements.  The strong bonds of the
FUUSM community rose to the surface. 
Participants listened and respected each other even when they
disagreed.  And a large majority of
attendees indicated they were better informed as a result of the session.</p>

Board Ministerial Performance Review Process and this year’s review.</p>

period for people to comment on the minister’s performance, not limited </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">    to first-hand
experiences, with a time limit of 1.5 min. per person, one turn per
person.  We </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">    suggest you prepare
and practice.  You may read another
member or friend’s comments within </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">    your turn as well
as your own, within 1.5 min. (you will not get another turn).  </p>

comments not limited to first hand experience. 
Our initial plan for 2 sessions is now much too optimistic, and a more
realistic plan is 3 sessions.  We have
tentatively scheduled a 3^rd session for Sept. 6, but will ask for
your concurrence during the What Next discussion.</p>
