When I took this job, I was asked to try to find someone to cover for me when I’m on vacation, and that’s why I’m emailing you now!</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Would you be willing to fill in for me for one (or more) four-hours shift(s) the week of Aug. 20: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.? Ideally, the person who covers for me on Monday and Friday will need to be comfortable emailing to a distribution list. The person who covers for me on Thursday and Friday will need to be able to dive into a word processor (that is similar to MS Word) to create an order of service. It’s not hard, and I’ll write thorough instructions.
