<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The Board hosted the April Circle Supper this past Saturday
(April 8^th) in the FUUSM Social Hall, and it was a roaring
success.  About thirty people attended
and good food and even better company was enjoyed by all.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">We need hosts for the May and June Circle Suppers.  They are typically held on the second Saturday
of each month, so that would be May 13^th and June 10^th.  But, we can move the dates to accommodate any
host’s scheduling conflicts.  <span style="font-size:12pt">Chris Hoke and Al Tuttle will be hosting the July Circle
Supper.</span><span style="font-size:12pt">  </span>And Annie<span style="font-size:12pt"> and Jay Warmke are
tentatively scheduled for September.</span><span style="font-size:12pt">  </span><span style="font-size:12pt">So
beyond May and June, we also need hosts for August 12</span>^th<span style="font-size:12pt">, October 14</span>^th<span style="font-size:12pt">,
and November 11</span>^th<span style="font-size:12pt">.</span><span style="font-size:12pt">  </span><span style="font-size:12pt">We skip
December to avoid holiday fatigue.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:12pt"><br></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:12pt">Hosting involves providing the space, set-up (tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and beverage) and clean-up.  Circle Suppers are potlucks, so the attendees bring the food and any special beverages they prefer.  </span><span style="font-size:12pt">The FUUSM Social Hall is available for Circle Suppers and is
a great option for larger groups because much of the set-up requirements are
already there.  And teaming up with other
people can make the set-up and clean-up go much easier, and be a lot more fun.  </span><span style="font-size:12pt">But hosts can also opt for a smaller group just around the dining
table in their home.</span><span style="font-size:12pt">  </span><span style="font-size:12pt">Smaller groups have
a totally different dynamic in terms of conversation.</span><span style="font-size:12pt">  </span><span style="font-size:12pt">So it is really up to the host to decide what
kind of Circle Supper experience they would like to offer.</span><span style="font-size:12pt">  </span><span style="font-size:12pt"> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> </p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:12pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Community is one of the best features of our FUUSM
congregation.  And Circle Suppers are a
key element in developing that sense of community.  <span style="font-size:12pt">So volunteer to host a Circle Supper and keep FUUSM strong.</span><span style="font-size:12pt">  </span><span style="font-size:12pt">To sign up, just let me know.</span></p>
