    Dear FUUSM community - <br>

    The Board of Trustees is proposing changes to the FUUSM Bylaws, to

    be considered and voted on at the April 23 FUUSM annual meeting.<br>

    <br>

    They are set out in the attached document, which includes only the

    sections for which change is proposed, along with explanation and

    rationale for each change.<br>

    <br>

    If you want to see the proposed changes in context, a complete copy

    of the <u>existing</u> Bylaws (before these changes) can be found

    on the Members and Friends section of the FUUSM website.<br>

    <br>

    The Board thought it was important to get these proposed changes out

    to you now, to allow plenty of time for your review.  Although there

    will be discussion at the April 23 annual meeting, we can also try

    to field any questions or comments that may arise in advance of that

    meeting.<br>
