For $35, you get a small piece of pie (so you can taste the result); a written recipe and the ingredients for 1 crust; an explanation of the theory behind the approach (so you'll know why it works); a hands-on demonstration (you'll make one from scratch); and
a pie crust (you'll take yours home). I'm guessing the class session will last about 2 hours. </div>
