Stemming from Kung Fu, Tai Chi allows students to flow through postures at a slow, gentle pace. Many of the health benefits offered by Tai Chi include stress relief, relaxation, gentle joint movement, and helps with arthritis, balance, coordination, and memory.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Thousands of hours teaching active seniors in the Mid-Ohio valley has lead Cat to recognize and value the benefits of all ages learning Tai Chi. Her goal is to make the art more accessible for students in the classroom, young parents at home, and all ages using the benefits in the work place.
