of you with the Ministerial Tool developed for Kat's Ministerial Evaluation. I
thought you should know what happened after your participation in this
Evaluation.</FONT>

valuable input and Ron compiled the results. Of the 10 areas, two areas were
identified as "not meeting expectations"; thus the Evaluation Team set 4 goals
for Kat (see below). </FONT><BR></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman">After meeting with Kat, a 120-day follow-up
with committee chairs was to be conducted—by Beth Lepore and me. This is it, and
it includes a request. I must apologize for the tardiness of this request.
I did not have all of the information I needed. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman">Goal 1: After 30 days of employment, the
Office Assistant will have a documented performance discussion with the
minister. <B>This has been completed.</B></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman">Goal 2: The minister will work
cooperatively with the office assistant, communicating regularly and
effectively. <B>Beth and I will discuss this with Dawn.</B></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman">Goal 3: The minister will work
cooperatively with the <B>committee chairpersons</B>, communicating regularly
and effectively, treating each person with respect, and providing constructive
feedback and resources as needed. Under normal circumstances, the minister
will respond within 48 hours to messages or contact from<B> committee
chairs</B>. Plans made jointly by the other<B> committee chairs</B> and
Minister will not be changed unilaterally.</FONT></DIV><SPAN class=im>

the annual evaluation of all other staff.</FONT><B><FONT face="Times New Roman">
