
<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;" class="">Dearest Council members,<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">It has been ever-so-gently brought to my attention that I have been grossly negligent in passing along the minutes from the Green Sanctuary Committee. Mea culpa. I’m sorry. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Attached are all that are available.</div><div class="">These minutes do not exist: </div><div class=""><ul class=""><li class="">February 2018—meeting was postponed by a few weeks (because of city flooding, maybe?) We held the meeting instead on March 4. Minutes of our regular March 2018 meeting are already posted, but those from March 4, 2018, are not; attached.</li><li class="">January 2019—If I recall correctly, a snowstorm canceled church that Sunday. We conducted a meeting via email, but minutes were impossible to record.</li><li class="">May 2019 — I think this was when the Novak farewell party was held at our regular meeting time, so we held our meeting via email, again making minutes impossible. </li><li class="">March 2020—Covid. We conducted our first Zoom meeting, but minutes were not recorded.</li><li class="">April 2020 —Covid. We conducted our second Zoom meeting, but minutes were not recorded. </li></ul><div class="">So, attached are all the others. I’ll try to stay on top of this henceforth.</div></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Respectfully submitted,</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Dawn Hewitt</div><div class="">Co-chair</div><div class="">Green Sanctuary Committee</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""></div></body></html>
